`Scratch’

I spent a happy afternoon photographing racehorses at York Stables on the Knavesmire.  What appealed to me most though was this little cat Leo.  I had the idea that I would like to do a series of racecourse stable cats but so far haven’t had the time to do more.

I use Scratch and Relax as prompts for my Personal Development workshops. We all know we should relax, but how many of us have the courage and confidence to scratch the thing we are most itching to do?  Thankfully I did, and have never regretted sharing my art with others.
