`Tamworth Two’

  by Lisa Empson

These two piglets were inspired by the Tamworth Two, two rare breed 6 month old Tamworth pigs who escaped whilst on the way to meet their doom in 1998. The brother and sister spent a week on the run before being recaptured.  What happened to them?  They were rehomed to a rare breeds farm in Kent where they spent the next 14 years together, before old age caught up with them.
