Journey 8   Inspired by recent visits to Upper Teesdale.  With this painting I was keen to experiment further with the effect  of gold paint..  I discovered I had purchased another tube of gold so this encouraged me to `go mad’.  The block of gold sky shimmers and reflects as it catches various light as you move around the picture. The grasses at the bottom of the painting do likewise, revealing themselves as you change position.
